Tender Description:
1. Releasing of Switch plates, Tube light fittings, bulb holders, Bulk head fittings, Round blocks and other electrical accessories and shifting it to KPCL store. 2. Supply of Switches, Sockets, Fan regulators, Tube light fittings, Calling bell, Wooden Boards, Bulk head fittings and all the required materials to work spot. 3. Existing Energy meter, MCB, ELCB, Lighting DP switch and ICDP switch shall be reused after replacement of wooden meter board. 4. Providing point wiring with casing and capping using 2.5 sqmm multi-strand copper wire (phase and neutral) and 1.5 sqmm multi-strand copper wire(ground) for Mixer at kitchen and washing machine at passage and using 4.0 sqmm multi-strand copper wire for AC at room as per mentioned type of quarters. 5. Contractor has to visit each type of quarters for accessing the different sizes of switch plates and No. of nitch and projected switch boxes. The new switch plates should be free from cracks and corner edges must be smooth and curved. 6. Contractor has to provide finishing with white putty if damage occurs to the wall during removing the switch plate/box. 7. It is the responsibility of the contractor to store the supplied materials/ equipment till the completion of the work. 8. Contractor has to take all the safety precautions while executing the work and to provide necessary safety equipment and to ensure usage by their workers wherever necessary. The safety of the workmen and timely completion of the work is the responsibility of the contractor. 9. The scope of work covers any other works whether included or not to complete the work of Renovation, Replacement and Rewiring of Electrical fixtures of Residential buildings of Gerusoppa Project.
