As above alongwith following Pre- Qualification criteria PRE- QUALIFICATION CRITERIA The tender document shall be downloadable only to those prospective bidders after paying tender document fee, who fulfill the minimum qualifying requirements as forth hereunder, for which the prospective bidder shall up- load the requisite documents and shall submit duly signed hard copies of the uploaded documents meeting the pre- qualifying criteria, before 1700 hrs of 31. 10. 2019 as stipulated in the NIT. a ) The bidder should have a fully operational office manned by Design Engineers, AutoCAD draftsmen, Design Manager. Self- certified Details to be given in support of this. b ) The bidder should have service up in India. Address of service facility shall also be furnished. c ) Bidder The prospective bidder must have Average Annual turnover of minimum 1 crore for the last 3 years ending 31. 03. 2018. The bidder may enclose anyone of following documents to establish Turn over as above:- i ) Chartered Acant Audited Profit Loss statements, duly self- attested by bidder & rsquos authorized person ii ) Chartered Acant Audited balance Sheets, duly self- attested by bidder & rsquos authorized person iii ) If the above audited statements are not available on the Company & rsquos website/ public domain then the same shall be submitted by the prospective bidder duly certified by the Chartered Acant. d ) Bidder should have experience of having successfully completed the Supply, Installing, Testing, and Commissioning of Ventilation System in the last 7 years in India ed from the date of publication of instant NIT/ Corrigendum and should be having any of following mentioned below:- i ) Three similar completed works costing not less thanRs. 1. 3 crore. ( Approx. 40 estimated cost ) Or ii ) Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs 1. 6 crore. ( Approx. 50 estimated cost ) Or iii ) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs 2. 5 crore. ( Approx. 80 estimated cost ) e ) The tenderer shall submit at least One satisfactorily performance certificate of One Year from date of commissioning for similar system supplied by him to SEB & rsquos/ PSU & rsquos/ Govt. owned Utilities/ Reputed Non govt. Setups in India, during last 7 years ed from the date of publication of instant NIT/ Corrigendum. f ) Prospective Tenderer should furnish Self- Declaration on Company & rsquo Letter head stating:- & ldquoWe have neither been blacklisted or banned or de- listed or de- barred from business dealings by any PSU of India/ Public Utilities/ Govt. Department of India/ States etc. as on date of publication of instant NIT & rdquo. g ) All tenders must have to do site visit at his cost before participating in the tender so as to apprise himself of all sort of site constraints, to assess the space available, area to be ventilated and scope of work, layout of the existing ducts before submitting his tender. Ignorance n at a later stage about the system shall not be entertained. For visiting the site, bidder should contact the respective Superintending Engineer as per detail of consignee at Annexure IV. A Certificate duly signed by concerned Sr. XEN/ Addl. SE of respective Power houses shall be treated as Proof of site visit and shall also be attached with the documents. If any tenderer fails to provide the above site visit certificate, their tender documents will is liable for rejection. Note: I ) Similar System means Air Ventilation system of Thermal/ Hydro Power House Buildings, Steel plants, Industrial workshops, Fertilizer Plants, Hospitals, Auditoriums, etc. II ) The bidder must submit all sought documents in first instance. BBMB reserves right to notify or not notify the bidder regarding any short comings in submitted documents III ) The documents submitted by the vendors are subject to scrutiny by the purchaser and their bids are liable to be rejected at any stage for non- compliance with the mandatory qualifying criteria. IV ) Any wilful submission of fake/ forged/ fabricated/ tampered document ( s ) shall be viewed very seriously and invite immediate rejection/ forfeiting of Earnest Money deposit or both at any stage of tender. V ) Documents, once submitted, shall not be ed. VI ) Issue of tenderdocuments shallnotbe construed asqualificationoftenderers for award of contract, which shall be determined during bid evaluation. VII ) The Purchaser reserves the right in respect of cancel the process and reject any/ all application ( s ) of the following without assigning any reasons whatsoever. The Purchaser will neither be liable for any such actions without recourse to appeal nor be under any obligation to inform the Applicant of the grounds for his decision. VIII ) Purchaser reserves the right to cross- check/ ascertain/ scrutinize the documentary evidences furnished by them along with their request, at any stage or request for any additional information/ documents from any or all Applicant ( s ). IX ) Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Purchaser reserves the right to inspect the manufacturing Works & Installations etc. at any stage to assess Applicant & rsquos capability to perform and the requisite scope of work, should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the overall interest of the Purchaser.
